I have painted most of my life but returned to it seriously only in the last decade. I began working in pastels but added acrylic and collage to the mix more recently. Art is an exploration of life, constantly changing. My work explores a variety of themes and subjects but often includes people. I like a painting to be narrative.

I have had four solo exhibitions and a number of joint exhibitions. My work can be viewed at Kenmore Gallery. I also undertake portraits on commission.

Journeys into Colour  is a celebration, a wonderful body of work that talks as much about the external world as it does the conceptual journeys of three artists. Using colour as the uniting theme Lin, Gaye and Christine give us a wonderful insight into their own creative processes.

Immerse yourself in this body of work. Let go. Fly back to the sweetness of your youth, where everything is new and interesting. In a world of mass produced media these works stand proud, telling the stories of our time in a way that will fade with fashion.

This is where art lives.
